Before you reserve

What's the minimum rental?
One month. Most people start with 1 to 3 months and extend if the project goes well.
How soon can you deliver?
Depends on the robot model, your country, and current availability. We confirm the delivery window during the reservation review — typically a minimum of one week after sign-off. Units are limited, so we encourage planning early.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver worldwide through a local supplier network. When you book, we coordinate the closest available certified supplier in your country to deliver, train, and collect. In Europe, your robot may be sourced from a neighboring EU country — open borders, no customs, no import tax, no international shipping. Confirm coverage for your specific location during the booking review.
Can I change my dates later?
Rescheduling requests are handled case by case and subject to availability. Where rescheduling incurs operational costs, you'll be informed and asked to approve before any changes are made. See the Cancellation & Changes section of our Terms of Service.
Do you provide on-site training?
Yes — every rental includes a free Hands-On Training Session delivered on-site by a Robotics Specialist at delivery time. The session runs 3 hours and covers full operation, safe handling, programming, and emergency protocols. No additional charge. Post-delivery support is available by email throughout your rental.
